OFFER TO HELP THE HOMEBOUND

 This is a plea to folks wanting to get involved but don't know where to start.  You can help homebound folks doing  whatever fits your personal schedule.

  I started simply by asking what is the need...and it been a blessing expanding relationships beyond my expectations.  I have a friend and a parishioner of St. James that needs help:  (1)  Doing laundry  (2) Rides to medical appointments, shopping, outings, bank trips  (3) Walking service dog  (4) Meals as you see fit  (5) House visits to chat... and ask what does she need done   (6) Handyman assistance  This is by no means a complete listing of things you can do.  If interested, please contact Guy Turner at turnerguy@comcast.net or call 530 297-6449 (please leave a message if I don't pick up).
